Many of us are stuck. We make bad choices again and again. We want to grow out of these behaviors, but we don’t know how. The Gospel of Jesus Christ promises a change, but it is a process not a single event. This growth must begin with our heart. When our core desires and motivations change, then our behavior will follow.
